BASH Families – I had a virus in my computer, therefore, I had it re-formatted, thus I lost some “stuff”, one of which was my Group Email listings. I had to re-do my lists, so if you get this newsletter to an email address you don’t want it to go to, please let me know.  COACH BILL

BEING GOOD HOSTS One reminder for the upcoming swim meet weekend at Blue Ash YMCA – each member of the BASH family needs to remember they are a

CO-HOST of this meet. Please treat our visiting swimmers and parents with the caring , respect and politeness you would like to receive at a swim meet. We need to offer an enjoyable experience for each of our swimmers and families along with our visiting team. Please go out of your way to be helpful , courteous , pleasant and friendly to our visitors , we want them to want to enjoy their experience and re-turn again and or recommend others try our swim meets.

COLLATING MEET PROGRAMS

For the past 10 years or so , we mimeo the meet programs at the YMCA and then collate them on the Thursday before the meet. This save the team over $500 and make the meet programs a very profitable part of our swim meets. This Thursday , February 4 starting about 2:30 PM in Ferris building , we will start collating. The older swimmers will work on this before practice , but we can always use extra help. Usually finished about 4 PM or so.

PRE-SET UP OF MEET  This coming Thursday , February 4 from 6:30 – 7:15 PM during Dolphin, Junior Practices we are going to set up the Main Pool for the meet.

IF you can help , please show up , just a few parents are needed to set up a few items. This is an attempt to get started earlier , thus saving Coach Bill a few gray hairs!

Parking    BASH parents; please park in the back of the YMCA each day. Due to the large number of swimmers plus all the other activities going on (mostly in the Annex Building ) BASH parents are being asked to plan on this.  Save the best spots for our guests , just like you would at your party at your house!
